All in all everything was great, had a decent stay on my vacation. The VERY CORDIAL staff upgraded me to an amazingly comfortable room. Great and unbeatable location - within walking distance of everywhere I needed. The hotel itself was in a fairly nice area. Even the Boise airport was not so far, 20 minutes drive away.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to airport. The room itself is very cozy and comfortable - big TV, desk, comfy beds. Breakfast is adequate with scrambled eggs and other usual choices. Staff was helpful. It's literally next door to airport so great for early morning flights. Unless you're looking for resort like luxury or want to stay deeper in town, I highly recommend.
Exterior in poor condition. At first glance, I was wondering if I made a mistake. Ofcourse the interior allayed any worries.

Staff was grumpy, 1st floor had a LOT of traffic, pool was closed for 50% of our trip.

we liked the location near airport and close too town
room was dirty needed a good vaccuming, trim was broken in places and looked chewed up near bed. Heater had noise problem sounded like something was stuck in it. We could hear noise from street. When we arrived on one of the coldest days of year room heat was not on, we turned on heat and left so that we could return to a warm room.
